What is a standard Benchmark?
You can choose between benchmarking with average of other companies or top three.

Standard benchmark is done for the following questions: Time used at the intranet, frequency of use and contribution of content, assessment of business value, general user satisfaction, assessment of ten selected parameters and need for improvement in eight areas.

You can add questions to the standardized survey to discover specific needs and challenges. We can help you develop business-specific questions.

You can choose to skip questions from the standardized survey.
Survey in multiple languages
The survey is available in Danish and English. Surveys in other languages can be made on request.
Special data reports
You can order data reports for special user segments or types of answers. This makes it possible to locate and understand relevant differences. The data can be used as input for internal benchmarks.
Special or additional benchmark
Internal benchmark
Internal benchmark - e.g. between different countries, units, departsments or user groups - makes it possible to locate, understand and use internal best practice as drivers for improvement.
When revitalization or implementing new features, a pre- and post benchmark is an important tool to show the effect.
If the survey is made on a regular basic - e.g. yearly - the internal benchmark can visioalize changes over time.
External benchmark
Benchmark against certain industries or platforms can give valuable insights. Ask for the possibilities.
