Access requirements
Full access to Intra2 extranet requires sharing of at least an updated, full-size screenshot of the intranet homepage plus basic data about the intranet and the company.
All users get a personal username and login, which must not be shared with or used by others.
Users are committed to ensuring that a new screenshot is provided once a year from their company's intranet. Users will on annual basis by email be asked to update screenshots and data. It is not possible to unsubscribe to these emails.
Vendors or consultants cannot get access to the password protected parts of Intra2.com or Intra2.dk*.
Confidential information and personal data
When uploading and/or sending data and screenshots to Intra2.dk/Intra2.com it is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the content is in accordance with the company’s internal regulations and the General Data Protection Regulation. We recommend using our guideline for blurring screenshots before uploading. We furthermore, encourage users to leave headlines and general text visible.
Sharing content
Data and screenshots are only to be used internally as inspiration for developing the company's own intranet - unless special permission is given by Intra2 Administration.
Data and screenshots from Intra2 are not to be shared in any way. Deleting dataUsers can update and delete written content in their own user- and intranet profile. Users cannot delete already uploaded screenshots or documents. If there are special reasons for deleting or anonymizing old screenshots and documents, please contact admin@intra2.com.
Keeping data after termination of user profile
Data and screenshots contributed to Intra2.dk/Intra2.com as part of the company- and intranet profile, remain part of the Intra2 collection also after termination of a user profile.
Data storage
Data from Intra2 users on Intra2.com and Intra2.dk are stored on the website's password-protected extranet. The website is operated and owned by Intra2 ApS, Højbyvej 42, 4320 Lejre, Denmark, CVR: 21 58 26 97. Data are stored and hosted by Omega8.cc, Amsterdam, Holland.
